A New Show, Walking In Heels and My Favorite Gift Ideas

Hello hello! I hope that this newsletter finds each of you well, and that you're happily knee-deep into the excitement of the holidays.

Aspen, Sadie and I just returned to NYC after spending several days in New Mexico. While we truly had a great time with my extended family— and introducing Sadie to her cousins— it was great to return home to the magic and energy that only Manhattan can bring during the Christmas season.

Being that I’m writing this newsletter on Black Friday, I wanted to let you know that I'm running a MAJOR SALE on all TV merchandise. All products (T-shirts, photos, and physical CDs) will be up to 50% off through December 15th. Our new online store can be found here (or at www.http://teamtonyvincent.com/store). AND if you order soon, I’m happy to sign and personalize any product you purchase, which would obviously make for a very special holiday gift. (hint, hint…) All domestic orders will be sent via FedEx Ground. If you’re ordering from overseas, please allow a bit more lead time so the items can be sure to arrive before
Christmas Eve.

In the performance world, I’ll be wrapping up 2014 with a special one-off performance in Buenos Aires, Argentina (on December 7th) and then hooking up with Broadway Dreams in Philladelphia, PA for a New Year’s Day performance at the Kimmel Center.

2015 is looking like it’s going to be a very cool year performance-wise as well. While there are a couple of projects that are still being ironed out, I am able to let you know that I’ll be spending a good bit of time in Denver, CO, starring in a show that I’ve been involved in the development of for a couple of years. The 12 is a new rock musical that follows the (fictitious) story of the events befalling the 12 disciples immediately following the crucifixion of Jesus. (Music by Neil Berg, book by Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winner Robert Schenkkan, directed by Richard Seyd.) I’m quite excited to be returning to The Denver Center for the Performing Arts because it’s actually where I started my professional theatre career— doing RENT in 1997. So this feels like a homecoming of sorts.

In other news, I’ve recently inked a deal with Columbia Artists Management (CAMI) who will now be handling my symphony performances all over the world. We were introduced during my time working with Randy Newman on his production of FAUST at New York City Center this past April. CAMI has represented Randy for many years (along with artists such as Natalie Merchant, Indigo Girls and Mary Chapin Carpenter), and I’m excited to be working on some very cool new projects with them. I’ll of course keep you posted as these projects come into fruition.

And now, for something a little fun. Many of you know that I’ve created a "partners page” on my website to feature companies in the audio, lifestyle and photography worlds. I personally use products from every company mentioned, and this holiday season I have made you some "Top-5” lists. So whether you’re looking for a gift for yourself or for a loved one, I've got you covered!

LIFESTYLE

ClamCase (The best keyboard/case for your iPad out there.)

Eagle Creek (I’m obsessed with their packing accessories.)

Gigs-To-Go (Thumb drives in a "matchbook” format?! Yes please!)

Murad (Skin care that both my wife and I swear by.)

STM (My day-to-day "man-purse”— …and you can never have just one.)

PHOTOGRAPHY

CustomSLR (Their camera straps never leave my DSLR.)

macphun (This software makes even my bad photos look brilliant.)

Mountainsmith (My DSLR lives in a Mountainsmith bag.)

onOne software (Their portrait plugin MAKES my headshots.)

Tamron (Their 24-70/2.8 lens— insane.)

AUDIO

2CAudio (They make the brilliant reverb Aether plugin.)

HOFA (Their new IQ-Limiter plugin is amazing.)

SampleLogic (When I need inspiration, their soundscapes always nail it.)

Slate Digital (Their new Virtual Mix Rack plugin blows. me. away.)

UVI (My go-to virtual instruments designer.)

I also wanted to thank those of you who came out to the Pioneer Theatre’s The Rocky Horror Show in October. I never anticipated that playing Frank N. Furter would be as much fun as it was. (Or that I would be so good at walking in 4-1/2” heels.) It was an absolute blast, and I hope you had as great of a time as I did.

Have a blessed holiday everyone. I hope this season is extra special for you all... Don’t forget
the bubbly!

Cheers,
